Welcome to Curayto, an Instagram analytics platform designed to help you understand and grow your Instagram presence. By using our website and services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service.
1.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
1.3 Instagram Integration
Curayto uses Instagram’s official API to fetch analytics data. We never collect or store your Instagram login credentials. You grant us permission to access your Instagram data through authorized OAuth flow.
2. Subscription and Billing
All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. You agree to pay any applicable fees for your chosen plan and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method.
2.3 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are provided for unused time in a billing cycle unless required by law.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose
Interfere with the functionality or security of Curayto or other users
Resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit Curayto without written permission
Use data from the Service to create or train competing analytics tools
Violation of this section may result in termination of your account without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to Curayto—including the platform, code, logo, brand name, and analytics methodologies—is owned by Curayto and/or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Curayto is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, bug-free experience, or complete data accuracy. Use the Service at your own risk.
We make no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Merchantability
Non-infringement
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curayto and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages—arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service during the 3 months prior to the event.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Curayto at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in suspicious activity.

8. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at https://www.curayto.com/terms-and-conditions with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction, e.g., India]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [your city].
